Cheryl Porter Method LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. We stand behind our Singing From Scratch program (“Program”) and offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
– You must have purchased the Program directly from us.
– Your request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any refunds requested or chargebacks issued beyond this period will be considered null and void.
– You must provide proof that you have used no more than 25% of the Purchased Course or Bundle Package program as outlined in Section 5.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with the Program, you can request a refund by following these steps:

Include Details: In your email, please include the following information:
– Your full name.
– The email address used for the purchase.
– The order number (if available).
– A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
– Proof of participation: Documentation showing that you have used no more than 25% of the Purchased Course or Bundle Package program (e.g., progress reports, completed exercises, or other verifiable proof).
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5 . Conditions for Refunds
– Timely Request: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, following the instructions in the “How to Request a Refund” section above.
– Proof of Participation: Refunds will only be granted if the customer provides evidence that they have used no more than 25% of the program. Requests made without this proof will be denied.
– Non-Refundable Items: Any refunds requested or chargebacks issued following the 30-day period will be considered null and void.
– Disputes and Chargebacks: Any disputes filed by the customer, including chargebacks, retrievals, or similar claims, will be considered invalid under this policy. We reserve the right to use this refund policy as evidence against the customer in any chargeback disputes or legal proceedings.
– Other Offers: We also offer refund guarantees for other programs based on their specific terms and conditions, such as the 30-day money-back guarantee for other offerings by Cheryl Porter.
